There is a lot to say when you get good products. You know how much I love the all natural small start ups products since when you get in on the beginning before they go huge you not only can make suggestions which will help the product (since everyone wants to perfect their product) in this case for example its true. The owner is such a sweetheart and when I was sent the pomegranate body butter I had an issue where the product was for me a little to slick. So I sent her an email and informed her that my own personal preference would be for something that wouldn’t be as oily as the product. To which she understood and is looking into a lighter oil based product. I definitely loved that. Since she definitely listened which is remarkable. Her products are great I used them after the shower and the scent mixed so well with my body scrub, and it wasn’t a strong scent but the scent would last for hours.
That was my absolute favorite thing about it. Whats even better is my Grandmother loved it. So when I ran out she bought herself a new tub of it, unfortunately her product was mislabeled so she was sent a different scent which was handled with such graciousness, kindness and with such great communication that exchanging the product was so easy!
So I really experienced it all with this company and I have to say even the mix up was nothing and I absolutely love their company. I will be buying a new tub for myself! You should buy it too. We can have a buying party

I am always on the lookout for menstrual products that make a woman’s time of the month a little easier and a little more natural, without the fear of Toxic Shock Syndrome, synthetic fibers and bleached cotton.
Most of what is used in traditional menstrual products are not good for a woman’s body and have been known to cause serious illness as well as other ailments that companies try to brainwash women into buying anyway, in hopes that women do not catch on to what they are really putting against and in their bodies. These large companies, use attractive wrapping and what they refer to as “advanced technology” to brainwash women into buying and using their products, hoping that they simply do not catch on to what really goes into these products.
I have reviewed other menstrual products here before and have recently come across a new product for those who are also looking for alternatives to the traditional pads and tampons.
The Instead Softcup is a product that I most definitely should have come across earlier. It is an FDA-approved, disposable menstrual product that is worn completely internally and holds your menstrual flow for up to 12 hours—twice as long as you can keep a tampon in! It is, just as the name suggests, a soft cup with a flexible, circular rim that when compressed for insertion, is about the same size as a tampon. It is non-absorbent and does not irritate your skin; it is a one-size fit for nearly all women and it also contains absolutely no latex.
The Instead Softcup is completely comfortable to wear and is also safe—never being linked to Toxic Shock Syndrome. Another great benefit of the Softcup is that there is no menstrual odor because the cup is worn internally, your flow does not come in contact with air. Some other great benefits of this product are that the Softcup allows for “clean sex” because of it’s unique design and some women have even said that it is an effective method for conceiving, because the Softcup keeps all fluids close to the cervix, so this is a product that is definitely worth looking into not just for menstrual reasons, but if you’ve had trouble conceiving in the past.
The cup, while a little tricky to insert at first, is one of the most innovative menstrual products I have seen. The benefits of using the Softcup are immense and after you get the hang of inserting the cup, it’s smooth sailing.
The Instead Softcup has sold more than 100 million units since 1996, when it was introduced and can be found at your local Target, Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart and Rite-Aid, among others.
If you’re looking for other resources about the Instead Softcup, as well as some more information on insertion, check out Angela Shelton’s video on the product as well as some positive self-loving affirmations!

Have you ever wanted to redo yourself? Has something happened to you in your life that makes you want to fit the occasion? Well, Artefill is holding a Makeover contest that will give you a chance to win a $10,000 makeover.
I’ve recently wanted to give myself a little makeover. Ever since I had my son, I’ve been looking a little homely. Being home every day and having no where to go has made me a little…self unloving. Lately I’ve been wanting to look better and be healthier, but I’m having kind of a hard time with it. It’s really hard to get yourself together though after you’ve had children. I know this doesn’t apply to everyone, but if this happened or is happening to you, I know exactly how you feel. But I try to make myself has nice as I can and be as happy as I can with how I look. But I think I could use some help here and there with it.
Kind of like support.
So when I saw this contest I thought, hey! Why not enter and see if I can win and get that help that I’m looking for. Entering is easy. It’s for women 35 and/or over. All you have to do is share your story of a recent or upcoming change in your life. If the judges like your story, you’ll have a chance to win the $10,000 makeover as well as:
- Consultation and ArteFill treatment* from a leading physician
- Other aesthetic treatments and products as recommended by the physician
- A professional photo shoot including hair, makeup and wardrobe styling
- A feature on our web site
So check out the contest today. And share your story with other women as well as let them share theirs with you!
* Subject to physician’s determination of suitability for ArteFill treatment

Finally, soap that’s fun and makes your skin feel awesome! I visited Sudz N Bubbles and got myself some very interesting soap from their store. I haven’t really opened it because it’s way to pretty to use. But I gave my niece a cupcake shaped soap I’d received from them. She adored it. I have gotten to use the rasberry vanilla shea butter with avocado oil I got. And it has really helped with my dry (and cracked) skin on my ankle that I’ve been fighting with for years. It wasn’t so rough after I’d finished using the stuff. It really is awesome to use.
These soaps are made with 100% all natural african shea butter. This shea butter contains a rich amount of irremovable fatty acid which is crucial to rejuvenating and moisturizing the skin. It’s also known to be better then cocoa or other natural vegetable butters. That’s pretty nifty. Some of the things that the ingredients of these soaps have been known to help with are dry skin, minor burns (man is that a plus considering what Mini Buff has done in the past), a form of sunscreen due to rich vitamins E & D, stretch marks (yay) and even lip balm for dry lips. So it’s totally useful in every aspect you can think of!
The maker of the soaps (and they have some awesome varieties, be sure to check them all out) started creating them when she found her son had eczema and she had spent more then she wanted on soap the doctor had prescribed. That’s what started the idea and she put up her store afterwards to share her idea and all her cool creations with other people.
The company was also kind enough to offer you all 10% off all orders over $10.00 for the week of this review. All you have to do is type in jennyt in the “voucher code” area when you check out with your order. So head on over to Sudz N Bubbles and check out what they have to offer. I promise you’ll love it all!
