Nifty Handbags from Star 50 Bags
December 13th, 2007 Jenny
Who knew that there was a line of handbags that had one bag for each of the 50 states. I find that very interesting and creative. I got the honor of receiving the New York bag, the hot pot (pictured). Each bag in the series is unique to each states geographical, historical and personality characteristics. It’s a very sturdy and durable little thing. It’s made out of leather, with red frills along the top seam. Very cute. The handles are made out of metal which guarantees it won’t come apart on you while your walking down the street. It’s great for people who love this kind bag. The ones you don’t carry on your shoulder I mean. I myself like the messenger bag or anything made out of canvas.
Although the bag itself isn’t my cup of tea (I’m not a leather person), I knew of someone who would absolutely love it, and she’s been showing it off everywhere she can. I think it’s been causing some jealousy among her friends as well.
But there are also other bags for other states, as I said before, and you can choose any one you want. They’re all great!

I like the Colorado bag best
and it is surely woth the 125$. If I was to chose a small one, then Missouri would be my choice

Yeah, I’m not a fan of those kind of bags either. I don’t want to have to carry it around everywhere that I go. So I too need a bag that will go over my shoulder. I feel like it would be safer that way as well because it would be more difficult for someone to steal it when you were wearing it.

To all those handbag-obsessives out there: my goal with this collection is to offer a multitude of options; for for every kind of need and style. By doing this, I feel like I’m creating a national line of handbags.
BTW-Deanna, check out the Alaskan Trapper. That should keep your belongings close to you without compromising any style.
Happy New Year,
Amity
