As a WAHM, I don’t make a whole lot of money, so I try to find as many ways to save money as I can on stuff like food, clothes, etc. And I’m sure other moms and dads do as well, whether they work or not. So when I found a site called Pinch the Penny, I thought I’d share it with you. It’s called Pinch the Penny. They are a site with the goal of showcasing some of the easiest ways to save money.
Whether you’re paying to much for your phone services or you’re just looking for a coupon or two to save a couple of dollars on whatever you’d like to get, they have it. Just a few minutes searching their site can save you lots in the end. But what I like most is their weekly deals page where you can find the top deals and discounts for the week. That’s usually the first place I hit when I visit the site. They also have services for getting cheaper internet, more affordable credit card services, and price search for comparing store prices with their discount prices.
Pinch the Penny can save you hundreds a week, or even a month. So what are you waiting for? Check it out today!

I’ve been on the lookout for the perfect checkbook ever since I started the process of getting my own bank account. Yes I’m lame because I don’t have one. I blame the state and their stupid six point system. But I think I have finally scored in the checkbook department.

4Checks has the greatest selection of books I’ve found yet. And they have French Kitty which makes me insanely happy. Now I don’t have to use the lame ugly plain ones the bank will mostly likely give me. Before I made my selection, I wandered around the site a little to see what they had to offer. I think the layout is nice and clean, and I found it easy to navigate and find what I wanted to look for. I don’t really like how blue it is, but when you’re shopping you don’t really look at that kind of thing. Well, if your someone other then me anyway.
I would recommend this site to everyone. Especially moms. They have some nice designs on all their products. I personally go for cute, but I think this site succeeds in catering to most people’s interests when it comes to check book art and accessories. I also love their prices. I have seen some cheap services in this area, but this site tops them all in my opinion. I can get checks for as little as $10.00 for 240 checks (insanely cheap!) and a matching book for $20.00. When I found the ones I wanted, I also saw they had address cards. I’ve never heard of or seen those before. And they seem nicely priced at $13.00 for 150! WOW!! Amazing.
If you’re looking for a new check book, I am officially sending you to 4Checks. I think you’ll love their stuff as much as I do.

In my search for the perfect business card, I came across a website called GigglePrint. They offer everything from business cards, invitations, post cards, address labels and lots more. They’re a fairly new site, from what I can see. They opened their business in June of 2007, and they seem to be doing pretty well. Looking through the site, I found it very easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for, even if I didn’t have a specific aim as to what it was. ? It’s very organized, clean and informative, and they have great support if you get lost or want to know anything about what they sell.
I personally put in a small order for the cutest business cards. They come as 3×2 inch in size, semi-gloss white paper with a retro bubble style going down the left side of the card. I can’t wait to get them so I can get them out to some people I know are looking to hire me for work. They look very promising as far as the quality goes. Mainly friends and people my mom works with. And the pricing wasn’t too bad. They’re business cards can range from $20.00 to $60.00, but the amount you get for that is what makes it worth the money. They also have specifics on how big everything is, what sizes and dimensions they come in, and the designs aren’t all that bad either.
When I get some more money, I’m looking to purchase some invitations for my sister’s baby shower, and maybe some extras for myself (if the need ever arises…again). If you’re looking for anything like this stuff, I totally recommend checking out GigglePrint. They have great designs and best of all great prices for what you get. Head on over there today!

There are now credit cards offers just for women. The new company, Credit Room, is a personal finance web-source for women by women. It’s like any other credit card site, but it specializes in helping the ladies find top-ranked banks and allows them to get credit information and assistance.
Credit Room is also very well set up. The layout is clean and the navigation is great. I can find my way around the site with no problem at all. And if I do get lost, the sitemap would definitely point me in the right direction, but the system is so clean that I don’t think I’d really need it. I also found that they have some great financial and news articles as well. But what I like most is that they have a great variety of credit card offers to choose from, from low APR cards to unsecured credit cards. And if you’re having trouble choosing or figuring things out, they offer support through they’re question and answer form.
I personally think that this site is great. I’ve never been approved for a card, but this website, having credit card offers for bad credit, would allow me to apply and possibly be approved for one with no problem. With they’re easy card comparison system, I’d have no problem finding exactly what I’m looking for.
So if you’re looking to get a credit card and don’t think you can, this is the place for you to go! Check it out today.

I got a new Baby Einstein DVD for my son the other day, Baby’s First Sounds. When he came home from school and saw it on the counter, he immediately demanded that it be opened and he be allowed to put into the DVD player by himself. Ok no problem. As soon as the movie started, he was on the couch singing along and talking with it, making all the sounds and saying all the words. It was adorable. Sometimes I wish I had a video camera.
The entire Baby Einstein series is very educational. All though not meant to teach your child completely, these videos show them the basics of colors, shapes, sounds, words, and more. And they not only teach one language. Like this DVD. The sounds they taught were in English as well as other languages. Spanish being one of them. I think the best part of the video is that they use all kinds of objects, pictures and cutest of all, puppets. The baby loved those the most. I think it really helps keep them interested, especially if they have short attention spans, like mine.
We really enjoyed this video. The baby watches it maybe one to two times a day since he got it. And it has been helping him improve some of his words. I totally recommend this video to any Baby Einstein fan or anyone who is looking to give their child something entertaining to watch that they can learn from.

Welcome to The Inner Shopper, the product review site for the every day parent!
I decided to branch off from my main site to make a product review blog so that everything can be more organized and visitors would be less lost this way.
Right now I’m just messing around with the theme I’m making for it but you can comment about site suggestions and/or theme looks or even tell me if you want me to review your product or service! Be sure to email me about that if that’s what you would like to do.
So please come back and see how things are going. I’ll be keeping current reviews on the main site just for the sake of the fact that I don’t wanna mess with transfering stuff and messing up both sites. Enjoy!
