Family Chef in Training
My niece loved the cooking kit I got for her. She loves to cook with my mother-in-law, so I figured, eh why not. Since it comes with fun recipes, she can make snacks here and there, or she can help grandma with dinner time meals with her little cooking utensils. She was so happy though. She kept jumping up on me saying thank you. It was so cute.
I think what I liked best about it, and so did her parents, is that the cooking tools it came with were real and that it could be used to cook real food, instead of the play stuff for pretend foods and kitchens. Also there were some recipes in it that will let her make some treats and food that is good for her (and whoever else she makes stuff for). So it in turn teaches nutrition and healthy eating, which is awesome.
When I received the package in the mail, I thought about wearing it to my moms house just to be goofy, but I figured she’d look at me a little funny. And since I don’t have a daughter, the youngest girl in the “family” should get it. Otherwise it would just sit there and collect dust. I mean, this gift isn’t meant for just girls, but since my son is a little to young, my niece was the only one who could enjoy it and use it. So if you’d like something to give your kids something to enjoy and maybe learn a thing or two about being the next Emeril, hehe, then this is an awesome choice.
